The Marketing Graduate role offers the opportunity to join Ireland’s largest private sector employer. This award-winning two-year programme provides experience across the SuperValu and Centra Marketing teams in Cork, on a hybrid basis (three days a week in the business). Graduates will gain exposure to commercial brand plans, national and local campaigns, in-store activation, point-of-sale content and agency management. They will build strategic, commercial, analytical and interpersonal skills while working with retail partners, agencies and colleagues across Trading and Sales.

- Work as a key member of the Marketing Department to deliver commercial brand plans.
- Work with Trading, Sales and other cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
- Build relationships with retail partners and support national and local initiatives.
- Measure and report on in-store activation and relevant targets.
- Support delivery of marketing plans on time and within budget.
- Manage relationships with relevant media, design and print agencies.
- Coordinate point-of-sale content from creation through to fulfilment.
- Monitor relevant performance measures and manage key deadlines.
