When you apply, you’ll need to choose your preferred role, provide details about your third-level course of study, and upload your CV.

Within 24 hours of submitting your application, you’ll receive an invitation to complete online assessments.

We’ll communicate with you via email up to the assessment centre stage, so please keep an eye on your inbox. Sometimes our emails might end up in your spam folder, so be sure to check there if you haven’t received the invitation for online assessments.

You will be invited to complete online assessments, which include deductive reasoning, numerical comprehension, and an adaptive personality assessment.

Please ensure you complete these assessments by the specified deadline, as we can only progress applications that are completed within the indicated timelines.

If you successfully pass the deductive and numerical assessments, the next step is an asynchronous video interview. This means you can complete the video interview and record your responses within a designated timeframe that suits you. You’ll have two attempts to record your responses before submitting your interview. Remember, there will be a time limit for each response, and the questions will be competency-based.

This is the final stage of our process and a great opportunity for us to get to know each other. You’ll meet managers from the specific area you’re interested in, such as Buying, and we’ll learn more about you through group activities and an interview. Our assessment centres are virtual, and you’ll have the chance to ask questions of our team throughout the process.
