GenRep is our Youth Board who work with the most senior leaders in the business, bringing diversity of thought and new ideas to strategic topics within Musgrave. 

GenRep members are recruited annually and get to make a positive impact on Musgrave’s strategic direction and on our customers’ lives.

The Early Careers Summit is a milestone event each year for early careers colleagues. It promotes learning about various careers within Musgrave, networking with peers and senior leaders, and highlights the wealth of development opportunities in our business. 

We also recognise outstanding talent with the Early Career Awards presented by our CEO, Noel Keeley

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERG) are voluntary, employee led groups, made up of colleagues from across Musgrave, who come together based on common interests, backgrounds or demographic factors, to shape strategies and actions to enable a more inclusive organisation.

Our ERG members work on topics related to culture & heritage, gender, LGBT+, disability, and sustainability.
