As a Customer Loyalty Graduate, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we engage and retain customers through innovative loyalty programmes and personalised experiences. Working within the Marketing team, you’ll support the delivery of CRM campaigns, analyse customer data to uncover insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise performance. This two-year programme offers hands-on experience in loyalty strategy, data-driven decision-making, and campaign execution, giving you the skills to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Starting salary €35,000 with performance-based increase after 12 months

Hybrid – 3 days in the business and 2 days remote. Office location in Cork

Within the Marketing team

Honours Degree (Level 8) in a relevant business / marketing / technical area e.g. Computer Science & Business, Commerce, Business Analytics, Marketing, Digital Humanities and Information Technology

Masters in Business / Analytics / Marketing or practical internship or experience in FMCG industry
