The IT Digital Graduate role offers the opportunity to join Ireland’s largest private sector employer. This award-winning two-year programme is based in Cork and Dublin, on a hybrid basis (three days a week in the business). Graduates will gain exposure to digital platforms, business and customer requirements, solution delivery and service improvement across Musgrave’s online, mobile and in-store digital services. They will build technical, communication and problem-solving skills while working with product owners, solution architects, business stakeholders and third-party delivery partners.

You will work with colleagues and third-party partners on projects that improve digital experiences across our consumer facing applications.
