This role immerses you in the retail environment of our company owned and operated stores and will also provide experience of working with our Sales teams who support our retail partners.
Job overview
Retail operations focus on delivering a seamless, customer-centric shopping experience by maintaining high standards in processes like ordering, gap analysis, and sales analysis. This role involves working in store operations under the guidance of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, handling daily tasks. Additionally, you will gain experience with sales teams, who collaborate with retail partners to uphold brand standards. You will learn to manage Musgrave assets and consumables effectively in-store and provide operational support for sales teams both on-site and remotely.

Store location will vary with locations across Republic of Ireland. Sales rotation – hybrid with office location in Cork and travel to stores required.
